Hi!
I’m Bianca, an experienced Certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist from Brazil. I am dedicated to helping families feel calm, supported, and genuinely cared for during their postpartum journey with a newborn.
With a background in advertising and HR back in my home country, I bring the love for people, evidence-based information and care to my role as a Family Support Specialist. During my journey in the corporate world I was blessed to work with adults and young adults with all kinds of disabilities getting a better understanding and empathy for their everyday struggles and creating in me a even more compassionate and attentive sense of care.
Also, as a childcare provider I worked very closely with kids with autism and ADHD and could see first hand how the support I brought to those families was important to keep the environment calm, stable and thriving. It was having more and more contact with families with babies and moms in their postpartum phase that I truly found my call.
