Hospital Support

With Hospital Support, you don’t have to navigate it all on your own.

We are here to support your family

Those first hours and days in the hospital can feel overwhelming, emotional, and full of new information. With Hospital Support, you don’t have to navigate it all on your own.

I come to the hospital to be your calm, reassuring presence and extra pair of hands, so you can focus on rest, recovery, and bonding with your baby.

How our hospital support can help you:

Emotional support

Gentle, non-judgmental support as you process your birth experience, adjust to your new baby, and move through all the big feelings that can come up.

Feeding support

Help with breastfeeding or bottle feeding positions, latching, paced bottle feeding, and understanding your baby’s early hunger cues so you feel more confident from the start.

Newborn care guidance

Support with diapering, soothing, burping, basic newborn care, and reading your baby’s cues, so things feel less intimidating and more manageable.

Advocacy and communication

Helping you understand what’s being explained, reminding you of your preferences, and encouraging you to ask questions so you feel informed and heard.

Support for your partner

Guiding partners on how they can best support you and baby, making sure they feel included, prepared, and cared for too.

Practical help

Small, grounding tasks like helping you get settled, organizing your space a bit, bringing you water, snacks (within hospital guidelines), and making your room feel calmer and more comfortable.

Certifications

Certified Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED

Hospital Support is all about making sure you feel held, informed, and less alone during your hospital stay.

If you’d like this kind of care for your birth and immediate postpartum hours, you can add Hospital Support to your package or book it as a stand-alone service.
